Service Operations
Deliver courteous and efficient food and beverage services to customers.
Ensure a seamless dining experience by following the 5 Steps of Customer Service:
1. Greetings/Hosting: Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating. 2. Pre-Dining Introduction: Provide an overview of the menu and special offerings. 3. Table Management: Ensure guestsโ needs are met throughout their meal. 4. Billing Settlement: Handle cashiering duties efficiently and accurately. 5. Table Setting and Clearing: Set up and clear tables promptly and professionally.
Closing and Cleaning Duties
Perform closing tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning of service stations, and maintaining a clean and tidy dining floor.
Undertake duties including cleaning the service belt, clearing plates to the kitchen, and sweeping and mopping floors.
Participate in cleaning of service/dining areas during non-peak hours as instructed by the Manager on Duty or designated supervisor.
Participate in scheduled monthly outlet cleaning sessions.
Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, pro-active and have great enthusiasm to learn
Ability to perform repetitive taks, handle physically demanding conditions such as long standing hours
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Preferably with food hygiene cert but not mandatory
Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
