About the role:
The HR Business Partner, Associate Director is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance overall business effectiveness across multiple Human Resources activities; including Business Collaboration, Employee Relations, Organisational Effectiveness, Total Rewards and Mobility, Talent Development and HR Data & Insights.
This role has two dimensions:
1.Assigned HR support for defined GPD Business Units and/or Functions (BU/Fs) across GPD Hubs (US, Zurich, Singapore)
2.Operates as part of a flexible pool of HR deployed on HR projects to meet the highest priority business needs and/or as HR subject matter expert/focal point across GPD BU/Fs in GPD Hubs
How you will contribute:
Collaborate with BU/F HRBL to execute BU/F people priorities and KPIs
Partner with senior leadership and provide expert HR consulting to recommend, develop and implement strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Nurture relationship with leaders and employees in order to provide informed advice on how Senior Leaders can be supported by HR to foster a culture and environment aligned with Takeda’s values.
Drive change management initiatives and coach senior leaders on leading high performing teams
Manage cyclical HR activities including succession/talent planning, performance management and compensation
Partner with Learning & Talent Management to diagnose and pull through solutions to address people leader development needs and to enable in-role development
Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects related to organizational effectiveness, change management, performance management, talent development and learning
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory employment requirements, in partnership with People Advisory Group
Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions
Takeda Singapore site and legal entity HR point of contact
Skills and qualifications:
Proven ability to partner, advise and influence senior business leaders on people and organisational related topics
Demonstrates strong business acumen
Proven ability to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organisation structure
Experience of supporting organisations undergoing complex change and transformation
Expertise and knowledge across key HR domains of Employee Relations, Total Reward & Mobility, Talent & Learning, Organisational Effectiveness and Performance Management
Experience of working in or across multiple countries and cultures
Demonstrates advanced problem solving and decision-making skills, providing guidance and recommendations on complex issues
Resilience and ability to work with/through ambiguity
Demonstrates high proficiency in our Takeda Leadership Behaviours
