BIM Advisor Consultant - URGENT

Job Description & Requirements

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, software, and methodologies relevant to client needs.
• Conduct testing and benchmarking of new technology solutions and platforms.
• Assess the integration capabilities of different technology systems
• Develop technology adoption strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Provide expert consultation on best practices for technology implementation and optimization.
• Assist clients in establishing technology workflows, platforms, and collaboration frameworks.
• Support the alignment of technology processes with relevant industry standards.
• Advise on technology procurement, recommending solutions based on business needs.
• Design and deliver structured training programs for various stakeholders.
• Conduct hands-on workshops on relevant software and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BIM software: Expertise in software like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards: Knowledge of ISO 19650 and other relevant industry standards.
• Knowledge of data management and interoperability: Ability to manage data effectively and ensure different systems can exchange information.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills: Ability to explain complex concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities: Ability to identify and resolve BIM-related challenges.
• Project management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee BIM implementation projects.
• Knowledge of construction workflows and project lifecycle: Understanding of the construction process from design to operation.
