Senior Engineer, Temporary Works Civil

Key responsibilities

• Undertake structural design and analysis for various infrastructure projects, including LRT, MRT, and tunnels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure structural integrity and safety
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve any structural issues that arise
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and technical specifications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in the infrastructure sector
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects, including LRT, MRT, and tunnel construction
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong technical expertise in structural analysis software, such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000
• Thorough understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations applicable to infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
