Senior/ Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding/ Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities to achieve company target.
• Build and maintain good client relationship.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate container releases.
• Ensure timely payments by following up with customers.
• Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• With 1 - 2 year of sales/ business develoment experience, preferably from freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Prior experience in air freight will be an added advantage.
