Technical Manager, Access Control Systems (MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the deployment, configuration, and integration of access control systems across our facilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of access control systems
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, including regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Analyse system performance data and implement improvements to enhance the reliability and effectiveness of access control systems
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate system upgrades, replacements, and service level agreements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical manuals
• Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and capable access control systems support team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining access control systems in a corporate environment
• Strong technical expertise in access control system design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Proficient in configuring and integrating access control systems with other security and building management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
