Backend Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and administer enterprise networks, servers, operating systems, storage, and backups.
• Support and manage VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon VDI environments.
• Perform system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support for end-users and resolve infrastructure-related problems.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
• Strong technical expertise in VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon VDI.
• Knowledge of network administration, server management, and storage solutions.
• Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and backup management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
