Sales and Business Development Executive (IT / East)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new account acquisition and maintain customer relationships, including preparing and delivering presentations when necessary.
  • Participate in bids and secure new contracts on behalf of the organization.
  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment: prepare quotations, cost sheets, PRs, and ensure POs are sent to vendors. Arrange delivery and prepare delivery orders.
  • Generate and send monthly/quarterly billing reports to customers; ensure accuracy before processing invoices.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, POs, and payments, and enter data into the Enterprise System.
  • Handle technical and RMA requests, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintain strong vendor/partner relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage SLAs and payment terms.
  • Coordinate ITQ submissions, and assist in marketing programs and events with partners/vendors.
  • Stay updated on focus products, explain their features to customers, and handle sales inquiries.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls to understand customer needs and ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in IT, with experience using Enterprise Systems, CRM, and ERP to meet job requirements.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and self-initiative skills to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in task completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
