🛠️ Job Description

• Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design with user and business needs
• Create and prototype innovative design concepts
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas
• Ensure high design quality through regular reviews during development
• Analyze user data to identify and solve UX pain points
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and competitor products

✅ Requirements

• 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience with a solid portfolio across platforms
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear user flows and visual designs
• Strong skills in visual design; motion design experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of UX for mobile, web, and touch interfaces
• Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, Axure RP)
• User-focused mindset supported by research and data
• Self-driven team player with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with a passion for scalable design systems
