We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our growing infrastructure maintenance team. The ideal candidate will support network and firewall systems, with responsibilities spanning monitoring, troubleshooting, and upkeep of enterprise-grade hardware and software. You will also be part of a rotational night-shift support schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for network and firewall infrastructure (e.g. Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco, Nexus switches)
Monitor ticketing system, including night shift monitoring (rotation-based, 2–3 days/week)
Perform firmware/software upgrades, hardware swaps, small-scale deployments, and device health checks
Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports
Provide helpdesk support for clients as part of the broader maintenance function
Join scheduled maintenance or patching activities (approx. once/month, weekends
Who We’re Looking For:
Strong interest or basic experience in networking and firewall technologies
Open to candidates from desktop/helpdesk support backgrounds looking to grow
CCNA or similar certification is advantageous; interest in pursuing one is welcomed
Willingness to participate in rotational night shifts
Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset
