E - Commerce Assistant

Salary: $2800 - $3000

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 8.45am to 5.30pm

Working Location: Genting Rd

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the conceptualization and execution of e-commerce marketing campaigns across our online platforms.
• To analyze and report online sales KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic, etc)
• To manage order fulfillment.
• Handle customer enquires via various platform.
• Design, update and manage content of all online platforms and ensure that product content, images, inventory, promotion mechanics and pricing are updated timely.
• Provide administrative and operations support to e-commerce team.
• Support the team with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in the field of marketing, business, e-commerce or related field.
• Proficient in the use of photoshop and / or illustrator.
• Experience in electronics products and e-commerce background will be an added bonus.
