Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, schedule, manage, coordinate and monitor projects
• Develop tender specifications and perform natural & unbiased tender evaluations
• Attend to site test and inspections to ensure quality of standards and all health & safety requirements are adhered to
• Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required
• Work closely with Project Managers and site personnel in the execution of task schedule
• Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and staff at site

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems
• Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Must have initiative and possess desire to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
