Job Summary
As volunteer and operations executive / senior executive , you will play a critical role in strengthening service capacity to become an innovative and sustainable model of improving children’s social mobility in Singapore. You will streamline operations, drive efficiency, as well as enhance volunteer engagement and build stronger partnerships to enable our team to serve better. Responsibilities:
1. Optimize Operations & Processes
Analyse, refine and implement more effective workflows to enhance service productivity.
Identify opportunities for automation, digital tools, and process improvements to reduce inefficiencies.
Provide cross-functional support to enable smoother day-to-day operations, such as scheduling, child and volunteer applications processing, claims and other finance processes.
Support in logistics and technical support and coordination when required, such as liaising with vendors, event support and documentation.
2. Volunteer Engagement & Growth
Oversee recruitment, interview screening, orientation and deployment of volunteers.
Strengthen volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies, ensuring a meaningful and well-supported experience for our volunteers.
Upkeep volunteer policies that ensure both clients and volunteers’ safety and well-being and implement disciplinary measures for volunteer conduct breach.
Drive volunteers’ training roadmap, in collaboration with Learning & Development.
Drive volunteer appreciation initiatives.
3. Corporate & Stakeholder Liaison
Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, fostering stronger relationships with corporate supporters and key stakeholders.
Engage corporate and institutional partners and volunteer teams.
4. Data & Knowledge Management
Establish smarter systems for tracking key operational and volunteer metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless knowledge sharing.
Maintain and update client and volunteer databases to support the team in tracking their goals and overall club health.
Working Conditions
5-day work week: Tue-Sat, 9am-6pm

Requirements
Degree holder in any discipline
3-5 years of related work experience
Compassion for vulnerable children and families.
Values professionalism and integrity, and able to lead by example.
Systems thinker who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to fast-moving environments.
Digitally savvy, excited about leveraging technology to improve workflows.
Strong communicator and relationship builder who can engage volunteers and external partners effectively.
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of challenges and turns them into opportunities for improvement.
Adept at Microsoft Office
