Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as a Admin Assistant
Construction Company
Salary range: $2200-$2400
Location: Yishun
Responsibilities
Handle and organize database and filing
Filter, sort and distribute incoming mails, emails and phone calls
Order and manage office supplies
Prepare meeting minutes, notices, agendas and other correspondences
Assist with the processing of purchase orders for materials and equipment.
Maintain and update customer records, invoices, and reports.
Support Inventory Management & basic Marketing tasks
Perform ad-hoc administrative works
Requirements
At least one year Admin experience in construction industry is preferred
Good organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of spoken and written English & proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
