Marketing Coordinator

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in driving impactful campaigns that increase footfall and sales across our complex. The ideal candidate is creative, digitally savvy, and has relevant experience in marketing and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies

• Support social media, SEO, and digital marketing efforts

• Contribute creative ideas for monthly promotions and engagement campaigns

• Help monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for promotional rollouts

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• Drive increased footfall and sales within the complex

Requirements:

• Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or digital campaigns

• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic SEO practices

• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Team player with good communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Salary( incentives):

• Singaporeans: $3,500/month

• Non-Singaporeans: $3,000/month

Working Days & Hours:

• Singaporeans: 5 days/week (5.5 days during first 3 months probation)

• Non-Singaporeans: 6 days/week

• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
