Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
