Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive footfall and sales across our complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings creative ideas to the table, and has a strong track record in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
• Drive online presence through social media, SEO, and digital marketing
• Develop creative monthly promotions to attract and retain customers
• Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements based on data
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing goals
• Manage external vendors and partners when necessary

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

• Increase footfall and sales across our complex

Requirements:

• Proven experience and strong track record in marketing roles
• Familiar with social media trends, SEO best practices, and content marketing
• Creative thinker with strong planning and execution skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and analytical abilities

Salary( incentives):

• Singaporeans: $4,500/month
• Non-Singaporeans: $4,000/month

Working Days & Hours:

• Singaporeans: 5 days/week (5.5 days during first 3 months probation)
• Non-Singaporeans: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
