1. Building and maintaining customer relationships by addressing inquiries, complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Arranging sales appointments.
3. Working with teams to monitor and improve processess, ensuring feedback given to management.
4. Have open communications and trust with clients.
5. Following up with clients to ensure that they are satisfied.

• Able to provide satisfactory solutions to clients.
• Handling client inquiries, complaints and issues in prompt and professional manner.
• Highly motivated and confident.
