Job Posting for Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, Asia Pacific at VERSACE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute regional marketing programs, advertising and promotion campaigns, including customer acquisition and retention to meet business goals and targets;
Responsible for planning and implementation of effective advertising and promotion strategies to promote brand image and business;
Execute all public relations activities and maintain strong relationship with media and agencies;
Communicate with the media, strategically planning the message to be conveyed as well as handling all internal communication in Asia Pacific and SEAO markets;
Negotiate the best advertising rate with different media and agency;
Cover regional press according to the strategy defined together with the headquarter;
Coordinate and communicate with agencies, production houses and internal departments for all PR related events;
Prepare press releases and newsletter translation in both English and Chinese;
Ensure seats and gifts are arranged for events and fashion week, and communicate with the Press to get comments about our new collections or information for them to draft editorials;
Handle sample and inventory at the end of each season in collaboration with the Planning, Finance, and Merchandising departments;
Ensure proper communication with editors and agencies in Asia Pacific and SEAO markets;
Identify joint promotion and celebrity endorsement opportunities in Asia Pacific and SEAO markets;
Coordinate with retail teams in both local and regional events to interact with socialites and press;
Update and control the VIPs and celebrities lists;
Liaise with CRM counterparts to identify loyal customers, VIP and celebrities;
Collect and gather information related to competitors’ activities at a regional level;
Propose and establish communication plans to be in line with the global brand strategy and guidelines;
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 8 years relevant experience in fashion or luxurious retail industry;
Passionate to work in fashion;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Good connection with fashion media, press, KOLs, celebrities etc;
Strong network in local market and with regional exposure will be an advantage;
Able to work multi-tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure;
High Proficiency on both written and spoken in English and Chinese
