Job Duties:
Event Management
Independently plan and organize eventsand exhibition activations from conception to completion.
Lead the on-ground executionof events and activations, troubleshooting real-time issues.
Manage logistics, coordinate remotesupport, and overseeon-site activities to ensure smooth execution and troubleshooting during events.
Build strong relationships with vendors, venues,and stakeholders, servingas the primary contact during activations.
Identify new opportunities to engage customers, acquire new users,and showcase brand products and values.
Optimize event planning to align budgetswith marketing goals while maintaining high-quality execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product Manager) and external partners(technology partners, businesspartners, agencies) to curate exciting activations that reflect our brand’s uniqueness.
Prepare post-event reportsof marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing & ContentSupport
Assist in creatingand executing engagingmarketing campaigns and social media content across the Group’s platforms.
Help create engaging short-form video content to boost brand awareness and showcase initiatives.
Maintain a consistent brandvoice and tone across all activations and content channels.
Support social performance tracking,including social listening and market research, to stay informed of trends.
Assist in developing engagingEDM campaigns and promotional materials, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, product sheets, direct mailers, newsletters, and press releases.
Manage the monthly socialmedia and marketingcalendar, including content scheduling, promotional timelines, and event coordination.
Explore new platformsto enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor and activelyengage in socialmedia discussions to foster communitygrowth.
Analyse market trendsand competitor activities to identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
Support the creation and execution of targeted emailcampaigns and promotional materials to drive sales and website traffic.
Track, analyse, and reporton key digital marketing metrics(e.g., impressions, unique visits, followers, clicks, sales).
Assist in updating websitecontent and copy to ensureconsistency across the Group’s platforms.
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in marketing
Min 2-3 years experience
Proficiency in WordPressand social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube etc).
Supporting the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
