Building / Facilities Maintenance Technician - WC2

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, including electrical systems, air-conditioning units, compressed air, and chilled-water systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for regular servicing and emergency repairs to ensure the building remains fully operational.
• Oversee vendors during renovation projects to facilitate a seamless transition to new areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in AHU and switch rooms to maintain equipment and site standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to execute scheduled tasks and supervise on-site work to guarantee quality and cost-effective repairs or renovations.
• Perform hands-on repairs for plumbing, sanitary systems, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with telephone lines.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
