Clinic Receptionist (5 Days Shift/ Central) - WC1

• Screen and register patients, providing support during routine medical procedures as per training and certification. Offer customer service, including managing queues, dispensing medications, scheduling appointments, invoicing, and processing payments.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, and obtaining external medical records before scheduled appointments.
• Conduct patient swabs as needed (training will be provided). Support doctors during treatments and consultations, including acting as a chaperone when necessary.
• Oversee medication, supplies, and equipment management, ensuring proper replenishment and maintenance of cleanliness.
Handle additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervising doctor.
