Job Posting for Export Customer Service (Japanese Speaking)-WC1 at WECRUIT PTE. LTD.
Maintain direct communication with customers, providing exceptional, friendly, and reliable service.
Ensure flight details are provided to customers within the specified time frame after receiving the booking.
Verify export document compliance when processing export work orders.
Apply the correct export permits and process other export customs in a timely manner.
Respond to all calls promptly.
Continuously monitor the onboard status and notify customers of any discrepancies or irregularities.
Foster effective communication across all relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams).
Ensure that the correct and up-to-date airfreight rates are applied.
Requirements
2 years’ experience in air freight logistic industry is preferred
Speaks and write Japanese with knowledge of the culture is preferred
