• Lead or assist in the preparation of tenders for global/strategic customers in collaboration with regional account teams.
• Analyze requirements and gather inputs from APAC countries for accurate submissions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments to build compelling proposals.
• Manage timelines, pricing analysis, and internal reviews in line with global tender standards.
• Track all tender activity in internal systems and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide insights in cross-regional meetings to support tender decision-making.
• Resolve tender-related issues and implement improvement actions.
• Support ongoing projects and tasks related to tender and commercial operations.
