Manage AV projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
Conduct site assessments to create accurate project scopes and detailed implementation plans
Design and configure AV systems, including audio, video, and control components, customized to client needs
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of AV systems with existing setups
Track project milestones and provide timely updates to stakeholders, resolving issues and delays proactively
Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
Offer post-installation technical support and training to clients to ensure effective system use and satisfaction
Perform preventive maintenance to sustain system reliability and performance
