Senior Service Engineer (Scientific Analytical Instruments) - WC2

• Install, commission, train, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair related products at customer locations.
• Collaborate with customers to address service issues and offer solutions to technical problems.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service support.
• Identify potential opportunities for securing new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams.
• Provide training to end users and distributors.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
