Advanced Clinical, Supervisory, and Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of social workers, caseworkers, and other support staff.
• Oversee complex cases, ensuring proper interventions and services, and conduct assessments to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Collaborate with professionals, agencies, and community organizations to enhance the delivery of social services.
• Influence policies and practices that impact residents' well-being and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff, staying updated on relevant research and best practices in social work.
• Handle administrative tasks related to program management, including budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to crises and emergencies, offering immediate support and intervention when needed.
