Inventory & Supply Planning

Demand Monitoring & Supply Planning

• Track demand trends and ensure accurate supply planning.
• Plan, schedule, and lead inventory/forecast meetings with the Project Manager.
• Analyze data and prepare draft forecast submissions.
• Complete and submit accurate forecast reports.
• Maintain and manage procurement and forecasting system requirements.
• Set forecast limits and provide necessary approvals.
• Monitor and take action to achieve slow-moving stock targets.

Inventory Optimization

• Proactively plan to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Establish tracking processes for inventory levels across all products, both short-term and long-term.
• Monitor key metrics such as Days of Supply (DOS) and forecast accuracy.

Supply Chain Synchronization

• Align supply chain operations to support Singapore and regional offices.
• Integrate processes across stakeholders for improved visibility into customer demand, supply forecasts, production, and materials in transit.
• Process procurement data on a weekly basis.
• Maximize drop shipments in accordance with business rules.
• Generate and process purchase orders as required.
• Update and maintain product pricing in SAP.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Japan HQ for price adjustments and approvals.
• Execute SAP operational transactions.
• Download and distribute the weekly outbound shipping schedule and delivery timeline.

Stock Allocation Management

• Allocate forecasted stock, additional requests, and excess inventory to sales companies.
• Conduct weekly stock allocations for shipments to sales companies.
• Provide prompt responses to sales inquiries and additional stock requests.
