Warehouse Supervisor (East / MNC / Logistics industry) - WC2

Outbound Department

• Manage daily operations to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Shopfloor Supervisors and Buyers on delivery orders and returns.
• Work with various departments to resolve warehouse operation issues.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan and schedule daily deliveries to the shopfloor.
• Train staff on outbound processes according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, adhering to 5S principles.
• Perform additional warehousing tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
