Our client is a leading hospital in Central Singapore, is on a bold expansion journey and is seeking a visionary and forward-thinking Senior Clinical Pharmacist to pioneer new models of pharmacy care and education.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in the strategic planning, designing and delivering cutting-edge pharmacy services in a multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of innovative clinical pharmacy services (across both Inpatient and Outpatient areas), not limiting to scouting for new technology or innovation
• Provide advanced, patient-centred pharmaceutical care in collaboration with clinical teams
• Design and lead training programs for workforce including pharmacists, residents, pharmacy interns and other cross functional teams
• Partner with doctors, nurses, and allied health teams to deliver holistic, integrated care models
• Mentor and coach aspiring pharmacy professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

• PharmD or equivalent PHD, recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) refer to : https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/docs/librariesprovider3/becoming-a-pharmacist/spc-revised-qualifications_july2019.pdf?sfvrsn=11a35277_8
• At least 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, ideally in an acute or tertiary setting
• Strong track record in developing new services or structured training programs
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation, clinical excellence, and education
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship capabilities

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
