Our client, a leading global fund manager with $1 trillion in assets under management across 18 countries, is expanding its team in Singapore.
They are looking for an experienced events marketing professional to join their APAC marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute events and sponsorships that drive brand awareness, enhance client relationships, and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver event strategies for in-person and virtual events
Lead and support event teams on program development and execution
Conceptualize strategic event initiatives with measurable objectives and KPIs
Report on event updates, ROI, and business impact
Plan and deliver high-quality events that exceed attendee expectations
Develop and maintain best practices, procedures, and systems for event management
Ensure consistency and quality across all events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design
Manage event planning and project details, including vendor sourcing, budgeting, and logistics
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in corporate or financial services event management
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Project Management, Communications, or Marketing
Strong understanding of event technology and virtual event platforms
