Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
Planning and defining project scopes and objective
Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
Assist in preparing tender procurement packages
Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time and in an economical way, and
Accountable for project schedule, safety and housekeeping of the project site
Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
Any other necessary project and contract administrative works for the development
Background in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture, preferably with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skill
Proactive and positive in delivery day-to-day task
Good in written communication and language skills
Registered Professional Engineer / Registered Architect will be an added advantage
