AISB-381 Analyste en Sécurité Informatique

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst who is passionate about rigor, structure and quality, and motivated to drive the formalization and evolution of an IT governance framework.

In this strategic role, you will play a central part in analyzing, standardizing and documenting critical information‑security processes. You will support our partners in achieving compliance with cybersecurity standards, while delivering concrete value through your mastery of the relevant norms and your technical‑writing expertise.

Missions

• Analyze business requirements and existing IT‑governance and security procedures.
• Review and leverage all available documentation (internal and from key suppliers).
• Formalize and structure processes, policies and controls related to cybersecurity.
• Participate in the selection and configuration of a governance tool (e.g. CISO Assistant).
• Define which artifacts to integrate, ensure documentation coherence and identify any gaps.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews; draft or enrich missing content.
• Establish a clear process for documentation updates and version control.
• Train internal teams on the adopted tools and processes.
• Collaborate closely with the internal‑audit team to validate deliverable consistency.

Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Security.
• Proven track record in similar roles focused on IT governance and security.
• Outstanding technical‑writing skills: clarity, conciseness, structure and audience adaptation.
• Deep familiarity with ISO 27001, 27002, 27004 and 27005.
• Knowledge of the CyFun (CyberFundamentals) framework is a plus.
• Highly autonomous, analytical, results‑oriented and well‑organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluency in French and Dutch is essential (for documentation reviews and interviews).
• English proficiency is an advantage.
