As a Junior B2B Lead Generator, you will play a key role in representing and growing our brand image.
You will be responsible for producing captivating and relevant content, whether written, visual or audiovisual, directly linked to our solutions and our customers' experience. Your principal goal will be to find ways to share it so that it can make leads for our sales team and make conversions. You will be the key generator of new leads for our sales team. We will need you to increase our lead generation volume and quality, in a sustainable and scalable way.

Your creativity and your ability to understand the needs of the business will be essential in developing and implementing a communication plan over several years, surrounded by your team.

Responsabilities

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Collaborate with product, technical, sales and other team members to keep up to date with the latest features and capabilities of Easi solutions.
  • Define and implement the best tactics and hacks to generate leads and conversions. You will create, plan, monitor campaigns, until we reach the right volume and quality. Thanks to the content you will create about your solutions, you will be able to find well-proved or out of the box strategies to get there!
  • Ensure accurate dissemination of knowledge to customers via Easi's various communication channels, including user documentation, website solution pages, video tutorials, etc.
  • Write detailed technical guides, whitepapers and solution videos to train new users.
  • Review and maintain existing content written by several contributors
  • Manage tasks in accordance with a jointly-defined content schedule.
  • Help organise events for colleagues and customers
  • Create solution- and business-oriented videos, from shooting to editing and broadcasting on all appropriate channels.
  • Redirecting leads received on the website to the right people internally and improving the process to make it more efficient, while creating new opportunities to receive even more leads.
  • Organising webinars (planning, content creation, distribution on social networks, re-use of content as communication material).

Profile

Must-have :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in communications or marketing.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • You're a quick learner with a passion for technology and/or software, and a desire to learn about products and market trends.
  • You have excellent organisational skills, and value accurate language and technical expertise, with the ability to quickly rewrite articles in your own words.
  • You have a good knowledge of editing software and solid skills in video production, from filming to editing and publishing.
  • You love the art and craft of writing, and have examples to prove it.
  • You have 0-2 years' experience and are flexible to work from our various locations and in the evenings for our events.

Nice-to-have :

  • Good knowledge of Dutch.
