We are looking for a commercial talent to join our Sales Support Team. As a Sales Support Officer, you will be a crucial part of the sales team.
You will support the sales department in preparing quotes, processing customer inquiries and providing technical expertise to advise our customers & colleagues on a day-to-day basis (depending on your assigned product lines). You will work closely with the other teams (both sales and technical) to ensure that our customers receive the best possible solutions.
You support the sales process related to the sale of hardware, software and licenses.
Within your domain you manage your own files from A - Z. You are the central point of contact for your sales colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners. You formulate advice on possible orders and follow these up administratively until the final delivery to the customer.

Responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Supporting sales colleagues in processing customer requests
Follow-up during the entire sales process, from initial order to final delivery
Drawing up offers based on various information (e.g. technical specifications)
Checking offers for correctness and completeness
Keeping procedures up to date and optimizing them
Advising sales colleagues on technical aspects
Achieving the set targets & KPIs (e.g. commercial objective)
Profile
Must-have :
Dutch & English fluently
Puts the wishes of the customer first
Proactive and self-motivated
Distinguish between main and minor issues and are numerically proficient, with an eye for detail
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
A strong organizational skills, with focus on planning & prioritization
Enjoys working together in an enthusiastic team, focused on a positive work environment
Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, ppt)
Nice-to-have :
Knowledge of French
Experience with IT channel sales and/or purchasing
Have a basic understanding of computer hardware & software
