You will be part of the Administrative Business Support team in charge of the administration of our group insurance customers (Luxembourg and international markets).


For this team we are creating an additional position in order to reinforce the team and even better take care of our customers.


Your role

  • Handling customer requirements on time and make sure that customers are absolutely satisfied with our services
  • Perform daily administration tasks such as: investments, claim payments, web-logins management, etc.
  • Take in charge administrative tasks on the portfolio of terminated policies (dormant)
  • Support and report to the Business Support Team Leader


Your strengths and qualifications

  • Level Bachelor, a first experience in client- related role would be appreciated
  • Knowledge of Excel (V-look up, ...)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French (business fluency), any other language would be an advantage
  • Rigorous and organized, client-orientated
  • Highly motivated team player, able to deliver results in due time
