Your Role:
Within our Private Wealth department, dealing with the administration of our life insurance contracts, the Investment Services team is in charge of the valuation and the accounting of the funds linked to the life insurance contracts.
Your main tasks will include:
- On-going cash and assets reconciliation
- Update portfolio valuations and analyze NAVs deviation following internal and/or external events
- Follow up progress of business transactions and their accounting in the company’s system
- Involvement in internal & external audit processes
- Investigations and follow up on valuations particular cases, on regular basis
As part of a larger team, you may also be asked to:
- Support Cash team in the process of cash transactions management, follow up on effective execution and reconciliation
- Support VAT team in the process of collection, payment and / or reconciliation of Invoices and VAT
Your profile:
- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Fund Accounting or Insurance
- Good command of MS Excel
- Business fluency in English, French and/or German would be a strong asset
- Team player, highly reliable with good communication skills
- Accurate, reliable, paying attention to details
