Swiss Life Network offers multinational companies employee benefits and pensions solutions for their employees on a worldwide basis with an optimal pricing. It also provides comprehensive digital health and wellbeing solutions through selection of global wellbeing partners.
The Network is structured in different sales regions and the Relationship Management, Client Service and Partner Management teams are mainly based in Luxembourg. For this Luxembourg based role, you will take care of a portfolio of multinational corporations based in German, Austria and Nordics.
Your Role:
- Actively manage existing multinational clients, undertake dynamic sales and marketing efforts throughout the Network to expand business worldwide
- Expand and enhance the relationship with insurance brokers and consultants to secure a larger share of business
- Expand a profitable employee benefits portfolio in defined markets (life, pension, medical)
- Deliver introductions and leads to Swiss Life Network Partners and support them in their acquisition efforts
- Analyze offers, develop business opportunities, facilitate the conclusion of contracts
- Regularly assess portfolios for their profitability (with delivered statistical corporate report)
- Promote own international solutions as well as introduce wellbeing provider to clients
- Participate in interdisciplinary tasks, projects and work groups
Your Profile:
- Solid educational background – Economics/Risk Management/Insurance oriented qualification
- German (native level) and English (business fluency) are mandatory, a Scandinavian language would be an asset
- Experience in (Group life) insurance and/or employee benefits would be an advantage
- Successful Relationship Manager record in international B2B environment, an existing network in the broker or global employee benefits industry would be an advantage
- Preparedness to travel about 10%-20% within Europe
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, strong internal and external networking skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Integrity and ability to meet ethical demands and adhere to all internal guidelines
