You will be part of a team of administrative Customer Service Officer responsible for the administration of our group insurance solutions out of Luxembourg.

We have created this position to reinforce our team and even better serve our clients.


Your area of responsibility

  • Achieving customer requirements on time and ensuring that customers are absolutely satisfied with our services
  • Handling clients’ renewals in a timely fashion and with high quality
  • Managing the daily administration of contracts, such as performing investments, answering to clients’ queries, processing claim payments...
  • Developing a clear understanding of client needs behind service requests, communicating with internal and external partners and facilitating necessary administrative changes
  • Supporting the Team Leader in changing processes to deliver the best quality services to our international and local clients
  • Training clients and their employees


Your strengths and qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position within group life insurance. Senior profiles will also be considered.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German are essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively structure and communicate complex information to non-technical audience
  • Self-driven individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to understand different perspectives
  • Highly motivated team player, able to deliver results and to cope with tight deadlines and high workload in a fast changing environment
