Quality Assurance (QA) Architect:

As a QA Architect, you will help design the quality standards that the future application landscape of Telenet must meet. Given our growth ambitions, we need innovative and sustainable solutions that align with our vision and strategy. It is your task to ensure that the QA Strategy is communicated and followed to achieve the goals and business plans during the expansion of IT solutions.

Your tasks as a QA Architect:

• Develop and implement the QA Strategy to ensure that the IT landscape is developed and tested according to quality standards.
• Ensure that the developed software and/or applications operate according to user expectations.
• Identify potential risks and challenges for developing and implementing a QA strategy in the SDLC process.
• Monitor the adherence to quality standards and expectations from the QA strategy, working closely with business, functional, implementation, testing, and operational teams, as well as external partners, to ensure that the design and implementation meet expectations.
• Ensure that the right tools, processes, and reporting are used for QA, testing, and automation.
• Provide tracking related to reporting for bug follow-up and related guidelines and improvements, ensuring a continuous feedback loop to the delivery teams.
• Identify continuous improvements and provide the necessary technical support for process improvements, improvements of the various testing activities included in the QA strategy, and thorough root cause analysis of issues.

Our QA Architect:

• Has extensive technical knowledge, with a focus on applications, methodologies, and telecom products.
• Has experience with test methodologies.
• Gets energized by our agile working method.
• Is and remains eager to learn in a constantly changing environment.
• Possesses good communication skills and builds bridges between our various teams, departments, and partners.
• Speaks fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Has a bachelor's or master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
