Job Summary
The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while managing staff and resources effectively. This role requires a blend of strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and financial acumen to create a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and wellness.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the spa, including staff management and scheduling.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on best practices in client interaction and service delivery.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records, including budgeting and pricing services.
  • Conduct interviews and hire qualified personnel to build a skilled team.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase clientele.
  • Monitor inventory levels for products used in treatments and retail sales, placing orders as necessary.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to establish goals for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to analyze market trends for strategic planning.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to sell spa services and products through effective marketing techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
