What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Adams Exterminators?
Adams Exterminators is looking to hire an honest, dependable, detail-oriented candidate for our Thomasville office administrator position. Candidates who are skilled at multitasking, possess great customer service skills, and are excellent communicators in person and over the phone are encouraged to apply. Candidate must be able a self-starter with the ability to work mostly independently on a daily basis. No experience required as training will be provided, but having previous customer service experience is a plus. The position is Monday-Friday and requires the applicant to be able to assist our customers that call in to the office with any pest control, termite, or moisture control issues they may be having. The applicant must be comfortable with a multi-line phone system and learning how to use a company-specific software system. Outside of assisting customers when they call in to Adams, the applicant will also be helping with other daily administrative duties that ensure our technicians in the field are providing excellent customer service in a timely manner.
