Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to vet renewal and account growth opportunities, adhering to compliance and governance.
- Accurately analyze account data and support the quoting and booking processes.
- Validate order documents such as contracts and purchase orders upon contract execution.
- Strategically plan and execute account program migrations and renewals.
- Support the increased workload during peak times, including quarter-end periods, and provide assistance to other support teams as needed.
- 3--5 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in sales collaboration for renewal planning and quoting.
- Proficiency in standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat) and familiarity with CRM and SAP platforms.
