Full Time Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assisted Living Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality care for residents, maintain compliance with regulations, and foster a supportive and engaging environment for both residents and staff.

Responsabilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety.
• Ensure residents receive personalized care and support tailored to their individual needs.
• Foster a community atmosphere that encourages social interaction and engagement among residents.
• Address resident concerns and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
• Regularly assess and improve the quality of care and services provided.
• Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits.
• Build relationships with families and the local community to enhance resident experience and support services.
• Organize and promote resident activities
• Develop and implement emergency plans to ensure resident safety and well-being during crises.
• Train staff in emergency procedures and conduct regular drills.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
