What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at AREVO Group?
Qualified candidates MUST be in EST-zone and have proven success recruiting in the engineering field for adult education instructors, technical manufacturing, and industrial engineering roles.
This is a highly specialized position and unfortunately not all candidates will receive an interview.
The typical shift is 8a-5p Monday-Friday, but candidates should be available to work outside of this as needed.
Here’s what you will do in this role:
- Oversee all aspects of the recruiting process for contract/contract to hire assignments to include screening applications or resumes, sourcing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Complete background checks and drug testing for potential candidates; may also set up any physical tests that are required by the client.
- Assist candidate with new hire paperwork and input information into the staffing software system
- Work closely with WorkForce Unlimited clients in taking contract assignment orders and filling assignment orders with qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Continuously monitor worksites and contract placements to ensure a successful work relationship between client and contract employee
- Assist with the day-to-day office functions, including but not limited to, answering telephones, greeting visitors, and completing applicant packets
- Responsible for processing employment verifications and worker compensation claims as required by Staffing Manager
- Partner with Staffing Manager to ensure all contract placement orders are filled for the client Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by manager
