JOB TITLE: Customer Support Specialist
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Customer Service
FACILITY LOCATION: Woodbury, NY
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
Handle all incoming orders, order inquiries, and provide the customer with information on order status.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages Orders and Reports within our SAP system and third-party vendor/customer portals.
- Track and communicate order exceptions as they arise.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot order issues to ensure on time and in full delivery.
- Verify customer information is correct and up to date with respect to orders received.
- Review orders for accuracy and completion.
- Keep internal and external customers informed with shipment updates or possible delays.
- Check availability of inventory as required.
- Collaborate with the sales department, our brokers, and customers’ buyers.
- Interact with third-party logistics provider(s) as required.
- Handle customer complaints and work towards a solution.
- Work independently while maintaining high productivity.
- Build relationships and trust with customers.
- Advocate for your customer base while supporting the goals and needs of Arizona.
- Work with other internal departments to align customer service, sales, our customers, and the supply chain infrastructure.
- Other duties may be assigned, as needed, or required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum two years of college or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience working in a fast paced, detail-oriented customer support or supply chain role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Comfortable working across teams to drive resolutions to simple and complex issues.
- Displays excellent timely written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with an ability to be flexible in a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent Time Management skills highly desired.
- SAP experience a plus
