Arrow Container, a privately owned, rapidly expanding, corrugated manufacturer located in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking to add an onsite Tier 2/Tier 3 IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to Arrow's users, ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems.
Core Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users
- Manage computer systems and ensure they are operating efficiently
- Assist in analyzing network issues and provide solutions related to LAN, DNS, and TCP/IP
- Assist in maintaining Windows Server and Windows operating systems
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve IT problems
Skills:
- Proficient in software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of various operating systems
- Experience in computer management
- Ability to analyze IT issues effectively
- Familiarity with LAN, DNS, TCP/IP protocols
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows OS
- Strong communication skills for interacting with users
- Experience with Azure services and solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and administration
