In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Process transactions, including cash handling, accurately and securely.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Upsell products or services when appropriate to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems for data entry and record management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
