What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time PM Pasta - Student Dining position at Ashland University?
Job Description
- Prepare pasta, sauces, breadsticks, and toppings needed for daily production.
- Complete related paperwork to document accurate product usage and temp logs.
- Maintaining safe food temperatures throughout meal period. Rotation of product, clean up and sanitation of area during and after shift.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- Performs the duties in an efficient and positive manner, meeting the objectives of Ashland University and the needs of the student customer
- Follows state health department guidelines and dress codes
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail oriented, reliable as well as a self-starter
- Able to work with little or no supervision
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods
- Tolerance to extreme heat when working in and around a kitchen environment
