We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator & TrackWise Digital Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM and quality management systems to support our continued growth.
Job Summary:
The Salesforce & TrackWise Digital Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing both the Salesforce CRM and TrackWise Digital platforms. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that both systems align with business needs, streamline processes, and meet compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage the day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce CRM, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and security.
- Maintain and configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements and customizations.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other internal and third-party systems.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates and best practices, and implement enhancements as needed.
TrackWise Digital Administration:
- Administer TrackWise Digital quality management system, including configuration, workflows, and permissions management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
- Support TrackWise Digital users by managing system training, onboarding, and day-to-day inquiries.
- Ensure timely execution of system updates and upgrades, maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the integration of TrackWise Digital with other business systems, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience managing and administering TrackWise Digital or similar Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and integration management.
- Familiarity with TrackWise Digital setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly.
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical or related industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator certification or Advanced Administrator certification.
- Experience with GMP/ISO-regulated environments, especially within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries.
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects involving Salesforce and TrackWise Digital.
